CHEAP DIY HOME TREATMENTS THAT ARE GUARANTEED TO WORK

Looking like a million dollars doesn't have to cost like a million dollars as well... Been doing these myself since last year...

MILK AND SALT FOOT SPA

A big basin
warm water
half a carton of fresh milk
some peppermint foot soak (optional) or some lavender shower gel
salt (iodized is good but i prefer the rock salt. the spa milk salt that you buy in watsons is also a good choice.)
a good pumice or a foot file (for the calluses)
an extremely good moisturizer (i swear by bath and body works peppermint moisturizing foot cream but any hydrating body lotion will do)

Mix in warm water and half a carton of fresh milk and some peppermint foot soak (or lavender shower gel) in a basin big enough to fit your 2 feet... soak your feet for 15-20 minutes.

Rub a handful of salt on your feet for basic all over exfoliation. then scrub over calluses with a good pumice or a foot file.

When you're done scrubbing, rinse your feet in the same milk and water mixture and dry your feet.

Moisturize your feet with your favorite moisturizer or there isn't any, hand and body lotion will do.

Paint your toe nails or ask a professional to do it for you (okay... forget this last bit... I'd rather you do it yourself or have a friend do the cleaning and the painting for you...)

OLIVE OIL AND HONEY HOT OIL TREATMENT

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp honey
a cup of boiling water
a pan
a glass jar or bottle
a towel
a blow dryer
a shower cap

mix olive oil and honey and pour in mixture in a little glass jar or bottle. pour in boiling water in a pan and place the bottle of mixture in the pan of hot water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

while you're waiting for the mixture to heat, shampoo your hair, rinse then towel dry.

Apply olive oil mixture to hair and top off with a shower cap. Get a blow dryer and heat your towel. Wrap your hair (with the shower cap of course) with the hot towel and let mixture sit in your hair for about 20 minutes.

Rinse hair with warm water for one minute and shampoo your hair to get rid of the excess oil and to avoid smelling like a freakin salad. massage some conditioner and rinse.

style as desired.
